Promotional Displays’ Requirements

1. General Requirements:

• Company’s Profile (Client and product’s details).
• Copy of the Commercial Registration.
• Rental Period (Starting/Ending dates).:

• Layout Design or picture of the display.
• Dimensions (, Width, Length); height must not exceed 2 meters.

3. Terms and Conditions:

• It is the client’s responsibility to obtain the necessary permits from Al Rayan Municipality at least a week prior to the display; a no objection letter will be issued from Villaggio Management in this regard.

• Once the booking is confirmed, an official invoice will be sent to the client; payment of full rent is a precondition in order to guarantee your booking.

• For exhibitions promotional license must be obtained from Exhibition Center.

• Once your license are obtained please keep it in your stand at all time for any inspection
